American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson shocked everyone when she officially exited The Voice U.S. after eight seasons of holding her seat on the rotating red chair. Reports about the “Since U Been Gone” songstress’ departure from the American singing reality competition television series came after it was confirmed that Gwen Stefani would be returning to the show to replace Ariana Grande.
On May 15, Camila Cabello announced she would be filling the shoes of Kelly Clarkson, with the new season set to start this fall. Rumors are rife that the “Stronger” hitmaker possibly decided to exit to focus on the redevelopment of her own talk show called The Kelly Clarkson Show.
However, a new report suggests that Kelly Clarkson is leaving The Voice as she fears she would be branded a bad mom by the friends of her “gold-digging” ex, Brandon Blackstock. Keep on reading to know more details.

Globe Magazine, in its upcoming June 6, 2022 issue, reported that Kelly Clarkson wants to spend more time with her kids – River Rose, 7, and Remington, 6. The “Because of You” singer reportedly could not be accused of her former lover being more interested in her exploding big-bucks career than being a mom.

A source close to Kelly Clarkson told Globe:
“It cut Kelly to the bone leaving The Voice, but she says there is no way she was going to give Brandon more ammo to use against her in court. She felt she needed to make a drastic decision to show where her priorities really are!”
After her shocking decision to leave the show, Kelly Clarkson revealed she wants to “make more time for me and my kiddos.” However, the “Breakaway” songstress still has her daytime show, singing career, and homemaking line.
Kelly Clarkson was also added to co-host on American Song Contest with Snoop Dogg. Meanwhile, her former husband and ex-manager, Brandon Blackstock, is allegedly still trying to milk the “My Life Would Suck Without You” hitmaker for cash even though she already gave him a $1.3 million payout, nearly two years of $115,000-a-month spousal support and a whopping $45,000 a month in child support.
Moreover, Brandon Blackstock, who also lost Blake Shelton when Kelly Clarkson left, must move off her Montana ranch by June 1. However, an unnamed pal claimed he “is still hoping he can mount a court case to compel Kelly to buy him a new place where he can live and entertain the kids.”

But, Kelly Clarkson is reportedly playing it smartly too. Informants claimed to quit The Voice would kill Brandon Blackstock’s grab for some of her future earnings from the shows, saying:
“Kelly admits she’s wearing too many hats to be the mother she wants to be. But giving up the show that made her a bigger star than ever sends the clear message she’s serious about it.”
Kelly Clarkson has yet to comment on the reports that her decision to quit The Voice has something to do with her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock. So, avid followers of the American Idol alum should take all these unverified claims with a huge grain of salt until everything is proven true and correct.
Kelly Clarkson Accused Of Possibly Spying On Brandon Blackstock?
Meanwhile, The Blast reported it obtained new legal documents stating that Kelly Clarkson was ordered to turn off security cameras at the Montana ranch where Brandon Blackstock is presently living. It was claimed that there are, more or less, 13 cameras spread throughout the property.
The order stated:
“Kelly Blackstock shall forthwith turn off web-cams, trail cams, and any other security cameras at (the address) which are now approximately 13 in total.”

The lawyers of Kelly Clarkson also have to send proof to Brandon Blackstock’s attorneys that the cameras have been turned off, and “specify how that was accomplished.” Interestingly, the court documents did not specify exactly what Brandon is going on with the security cameras.
Sources told the publication that Kelly Clarkson being forced to disable cameras is simply about Brandon Blackstock’s privacy as he reportedly wants to live his own life without Kelly being able to view his private life. The new court order, as reported, includes some “sanctions” or a fine among the parties.
