Black Mirror Season 6 Adds Deadpool 2 Star Rob Delaney


Three years after the last season aired, Netflix is back on track with the sixth season of the hit anthology series Black Mirror which is currently in production. The details regarding the stories for the upcoming season are still under wraps, but they have recruited a large ensemble to star across the episodes. Now, it looks like they have tapped another actor to its cast.

Deadline has reported that Deadpool 2 star Rob Delaney is joining the cast of the sixth season of Black Mirror. However, the details regarding his role or the episode that he'll appear are being kept under wraps by Netflix for now.

The cast already includes Zazie Beetz, Aaron Paul, Paapa Essiedu, Josh Hartnett, Kate Mara, Danny Ramirez, Clara Rugaard, Auden Thorton, Anjana Vasan, Rory Culkin, Salma Hayek, and Annie Murphy. Charlie Brooker is also returning as the showrunner.

Delaney is known for his role as Peter in Deadpool 2 and also co-starred and co-created the hit comedy series Catastrophe. He has starred in films such as Hobbs & Shaw, Last Christmas, Bombshell, Tom & Jerry, Home Sweet Home Alone, and The Bubble. He will be in upcoming films such as The School for Good and Evil, Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One, and Argylle.

While we don't know the details yet about the stories that they have in store for the upcoming season, it is still exciting to hear that Delaney is joining the cast since he is a talented and funny actor. It would be interesting to see whether he will be the lead of an episode or serve as a supporting actor.
