The Suicide Squad Fans are Losing it Over Sylvester Stallone's Cute King Shark

The first trailer for The Suicide Squad has proven that it's probably the craziest DC Extended Universe flick to date. In addition to the hilarious dialogue, fans have fallen in love with the one character who has the fewest lines so far. People are now going nuts for the adorable King Shark, who is being voiced by Sylvester Stallone.

James Gunn has already confirmed that Stallone will provide the voice of King Shark. The director of The Suicide Squad shared the character's quirky poster along with the reveal. Check it out below.

It didn't take long before fans finally got to see and hear King Shark. The Suicide Squad trailer featured some awesome footage of the DC character. Although he is usually portrayed as a fierce apex predator, King Shark also has a cute side that fans can't get enough of.

King Shark might be the most adorable half-human character in The Suicide Squad (sorry, Weasel) but he's also the one who delivers the shockingly gory scenes in the trailer. At one point, King Shark actually tears a man apart with his bare hands. Additionally, he munches on another guy but says "nom nom" before doing so and it's actually kind of endearing.

There is little doubt we'll be seeing more of King Shark getting the munchies in The Suicide Squad and we're definitely looking forward to it. Let's just hope nothing bad happens to King Shark in the film.

The Suicide Squad is scheduled to premiere in selected theaters and on HBO Max on August 6, 2021.
