The Atlanta shootings that took place this week rocked not just the United States but the entire world as well as calls for Anti-Asian racism and violence continue to grow due to the recent 150% spike in hate crimes involving people of Asian descent. The alarming incident has caused a lot of outrage, not to mention fear and panic among Asian-Americans.

The Fennec Shand actress took to social media to voice her support for fellow Disney actor Daniel Dae Kim who recently came out to reveal his family's horrific first-hand experience with Asian-related hate crimes, claiming a man ran over her sister with his car just because she is Asian.

On her official Twitter handle, the Mulan voice actor expressed her admiration for Daniel's eye-opening revelation as she continues to advocate for the #StopAsianHate movement. "Appreciate you speaking up and helping to articulate our issues. #StopAsianHate," she wrote. Check out her response below:

Considering we're already living in the modern ages, it's honestly quite alarming how racism still runs rampant all over the world and it's happening not only to Asians but to other people of color as well. We don't know for sure when the stigma will end but I hope and pray that more people will have an open mind regarding this matter. Kindness and compassion truly go a long way.

Meanwhile, Mine-Na Wen is set to make her Star Wars comeback in The Book of Boba Fett.
