The Mandalorian star Gina Carano is already no stranger to fans calling her out on social media for her personal views and amidst the gruesome and violent Capitol protests, the former MMA fighter turned actress has once again found herself in the middle of controversy for allegedly supporting the riots.

The issue began when fans discovered Gina's recent liked tweets. To be fair, the context of the said tweets doesn't seem to imply anything but people were quick to conclude that Gina is in fact in favor of the violent protests in Washington D.C that rocked not just the United States but the entire world earlier this week.

This opted a lot of fans to once again call for Carano's firing in The Mandalorian where she plays Cara Dune. According to some, it's quite ironic that Gina gets to play a character who's anti-oppression when she herself doesn't follow Cara Dune's principles. Check out the tweets here:

In Gina's defense, she's refrained from speaking up regarding the issue over the last couple of days and it looks like she's already learned her lesson about using her "voice" on her social media platform. Whether or not Gina supports the violent incident remains to be proven so, at this point, I'd say fans are reaching a bit and they're just dragging Carano's name for the heck of it.

Meanwhile, episodes of The Mandalorian are available on Disney+.
