I think it's pretty safe to say that Scarlett Johansson's jaw-dropping lawsuit against Disney is still Tinseltown's biggest newsmaker and despite the fact that most fans are proud of the Black Widow star for standing up against the House of Mouse, some people are worried about her acting career now that the company has reportedly severed all ties with her. To give some of you a little idea of what has been going on between both parties, it is being reported that Scarlett's future projects with Disney are no longer pushing through, including a potential return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

This may seem like a no big deal to some but when you think about it, losing a professional partnership with one of the biggest production companies in Hollywood is no laughing matter and the question on everyone's mind is: where does Scarlett go from here? Amidst all the controversy, fans of the 36-year-old actress remain confident that she'll be able to get work elsewhere real soon.

In fact, most of them believe that she'll be a good fit in the DC Extended Universe as Poison Ivy in the next Harley Quinn project and honestly, it's not that bad of an idea. Warner Bros. could easily "steal" the actress from Disney similar to what they did with The Suicide Squad director James Gunn. Do you think Johansson would be a good choice for Ivy? I'm not gonna lie, Scarlett does possess the right amount of sultriness to make a believable live-action Pamela Isley and I think she and Margot Robbie would have tremendous chemistry together given the chance. However, to those thinking a Gotham City Sirens film is on its way, James Gunn already threw the idea in the bin but that's not to say that we won't get Ivy in the DCEU at some point. You know it's bound to happen.

Meanwhile, The Suicide Squad is now showing in cinemas. It's also available for streaming on HBO Max.
