Yoon Chan Young now savors his popularity soon after starring in the hit Netflix series, All of Us Are Dead.
The series tells the story of students who are at their school when a zombie virus breaks out. Although South Korea has already released movies and series about zombies, All of Us Are Dead showed its unique side and was able to wow viewers around the globe. In just one day, the series scored the No. 1 spot on Netflix charts in 25 countries.
Following the success of All of Us Are Dead, the series’ cast members appeared in an interview with a news outlet where they shared their experience in the flick. Yoon Chan Young, for his part, shared more details about his love life – particularly his ideal type.

Does Yoon Chan Young Have Girlfriend?
As of press time, Yoon Chan Young remains single and ready to date anyone. But during the interview, he revealed that he has not been interested in dating yet, but he did describe his ideal type.
Yoon Chan Young took his time to recall the time he watched La La Land before he started in high school. At that time, he reportedly thought he wanted to experience love like the one in the movie. But after graduating from high school, the actor spent all his time studying and training – setting aside his dating life.

When asked about his ideal type, he said, “I can’t really decide on what an ideal type is. I think I learned about love through films like ‘La La Land,’ so I guess my ideal type would be someone I feel connected to the right when I first see them.”
Although he currently sets aside his dating life, he showed heart-fluttering scenes with On Jo (played by Park Ji Hu) on All of Us Are Dead.
Did Yoon Chan Young’s Character, Cheon Sang, Die?
Aside from sharing updates about his love life, Yoon Chan Young also took his time to talk about his character, Cheon Sang.
Per the actor, his character is a righteous student who constantly put On Jo’s life before his in the series. His care for the female character seemingly roots in his desire in having concrete thoughts.
Elsewhere in the interview, he revealed that he still does not know whether his character died. Still, he expressed his desire to appear in the next installment of the series.
“I was actually asked about whether Cheong San died or not in another interview recently. To be honest, I don’t know. I haven’t heard about what happens next, and nothing has been decided yet. Personally, I’d like to live. I’d like to be able to say things that I didn’t get to say,” he went on.
