Elinalise’s curse has become very much a central part of her character. While she continues to suffer from it, the light novel series does have some interesting developments regarding Elinalise and her curse.

What Is Elise Dragonroad’s Curse in Mushoku Tensei?
Mushoku Tensei has a wide array of characters, and one of the most intriguing ones in the anime right now is Elinalise Dragonroad, an elf who was a former member of Paul Greyrat’s party.
After the Teleport Incident, Elinalise helped Roxy Migurdia look for Rudeus Greyrat's family. She soon sets out to find Rudeus while Paul and Roxy go to Rapa to find Zenith Greyrat.
In the earlier episodes of season 2, Elinalise finally meets Rudeus. Soon after, Rudeus discovers Elinalise’s curse.
Elinalise was discovered over 200 years ago in a Magic Crystal, and she awoke not knowing her past. What she’s left with is a curse where she must have sex. If her lust isn’t sated, she will die.
Because of this, Elinalise is a promiscuous character who often sleeps around. Despite this curse and her lustful nature, she can be quite caring.

Elise Dragonroad and Rudeus Greyrat’s Relationship, Explained
Despite her promiscuous nature, Elise has not flirted with Rudeus since the two have met. One of the biggest reasons is that he’s the son of Paul, Elinalise’s former party member.
On the flip side, Rudeus also does not hold any romantic feelings for Elinalise, especially now that he’s in a relationship with Sylphiette.
Elinalise does have an unexpected relationship with Sylphiette. As revealed in episode 14 of season 2, Elinalise is the grandmother of Sylphiette, a fact she tries to hide, as she’s afraid her curse and reputation will negatively affect her children.
As for her love interest, Cliff Grimoire has feelings for Elinalise. This is an interesting turn given that Cliff was somewhat of a rival to Rudeus as they both had feelings for Eris Boreas Greyrat.
Even though Cliff finds out about her curse, his feelings are unaffected, as he vows to help with her curse.

Will Elinalise Dragonroad's Curse Be Broken in Mushoku Tensei?
Elinalise’s curse isn’t removed entirely, but Cliff does find a way to remedy it. Cliff does this by creating a magical item in the form of panties that Elinalise wears to reduce the effects of her curse.
Because of Cliff’s dedication, Elinalise soon falls in love with him as well. The two eventually get married and have a child.
