Does Toru End Up With Hori?
Obviously, Toru did not end up with Hori. But we should not take Toru’s painful experience lightly. He sincerely liked Hori, and it took him a lot of courage and understanding to accept Hori’s decision and respect her relationship with Izumi.
It was not easy for Toru to move forward. He still worries about Hori, even though she is already dating Izumi.
This was shown in the anime when Toru had a panic attack after Izumi and Hori took a long time buying drinks for everyone in the Student Council room.
Let’s admit it: if it weren’t for Izumi’s encounter with Sota, Toru might have had the best shot at winning Hori’s heart.
They have good chemistry, and their strong personalities complement each other.
What’s more, they are close friends. They know each other so well that they get it when there’s something wrong or something that bothers the other.
The same goes for Yoshikawa, who made Toru and Hori worried after she took an absence from school.

Toru, sadly, did not end up with Sakura either. Perhaps they met at the wrong time, or maybe they're not really meant to be. After all, that happens in real life as well.
Sakura Kono is the Student Council's most dedicated member. Most of the time, she takes on all of the council's critical duties, which takes up a lot of her time that she could have spent dating someone.
But on one particular day, Sakura took an interest in Toru. She started seeing Toru in a different light, and since then, she has held him dear in her heart.
Even though they aren’t close, Sakura never lost hope that one day, Toru would take a chance on her.
However, Sakura had to give up the fight early. She found out that Toru was already dating Yoshikawa.
It was very painful for Sakura, but still, she decided to confess her love for Toru, even though she knew that the boy she loved would surely reject her.
Unbeknownst to Sakura, Toru is just pretending to date Yoshikawa. If it weren’t for Yoshikawa, perhaps Sakura would have had a good chance with Toru.
If it hadn't been for Yoshikawa, Sakura could have had a chance with Toru. They also have amazing chemistry, but unfortunately, everything went down the drain.

Does Toru End Up With Yoshikawa?
By the end of Horimiya Season 1, Toru admitted that he likes Yoshikawa. But it doesn’t mean that Toru did end up with her. His relationship with Yoshikawa is very complicated, and it was somehow difficult for him to understand her.
Yoshikawa is the type of girl who will let another person get what she really wants in life.
She was a very generous and selfless girl who would give someone up even though it would really hurt her. This is why she was having a hard time dealing with her feelings and affection for Toru.
On the other hand, Toru doesn’t want to change anything with Yoshikawa. He wants to take it slow with her, even though he is 100% sure that he likes Yoshikawa not just as a friend but more as a potential girlfriend.
Because of this, Toru and Yoshikawa are still in a complicated setup. They like each other, but it’s still not enough for the two of them to take their relationship to another level.
They aren’t an official couple, but they understand that they like each other.

So, Who Does Toru End Up With in Horimiya?
Toru did not end up with anyone in Horimiya. Yes, he is completely single and available! But we know that he has his eyes glued on Yoshikawa.
Their vibes match each other, and they really spend a lot of time together after school or during the weekends.
In fact, Yoshikawa always comes to Toru’s house to play video games, and she acts like a real girlfriend to Toru even though they aren’t an official couple.
Even in the manga, Toru and Yoshikawa did not end up together.
We also don't know if the two of them still have the same setup since we couldn’t really find any relevant information about their complicated relationship even after the Time Skip arc.
