Does Masamune Makabe End Up With Tae Futaba?
No, Masamune Makabe did not end up with Tae Futaba. They remained friends, even though Tae subtly professed her modest crush on Makabe at the beginning of the series.
Initially, Tae was one of the few people who supported Masamune at school.
Masamune had just transferred to Yasaka High School, and it was up to the class representative (who was Tae at the time) to come to his rescue.
They have a really decent friendship, but it was only Tae who believed that they could take it to the next level.
So, Tae summoned all the courage in her body to ask Masamune to come to hang out with her alone.
But Masamune is quick-witted, so he refuses Tae’s offer. It was an oblique rejection, and thankfully, Tae soon understood.
Since then, Tae has maintained her solid friendship with Masamune, even going to karaoke with him along with the others.
Sometimes, Tae also makes fun of her infatuation for Masamune whenever she is reminded of it.

Does Masamune Makabe End Up With Neko Fujinomiya?
No, Masamune Makabe did not end up with Neko Fujinomiya. Their romance might have been picture-perfect if it weren’t for Masamune’s revenge plan against Aki Adagaki.
Neko Fujinomiya is a really gorgeous maiden. She is kind-hearted, soft-spoken, and easy to get along with.
But Neko had troubles with Masamune that the latter could not fully comprehend (no, it’s not because she doesn’t wear underwear at school).
Masamune hates it whenever Neko lies about something, whether it’s the reason she likes him or the cause of her weak constitution.

Of course, Masamune questioned Neko about it, but the beautiful girl enticed him and stole his first kiss.

They have a lot of sweet memories, and some fans even thought that they would be the endgame. They have very nice chemistry, but plot-wise, it will not happen.
Initially, Yoshino approached Masamune to offer her support in the Love or Death retribution plot.
She tells Masamune that she wants him to succeed in his revenge scheme against Aki, for it will benefit her as well.
If Masamune is able to break Aki’s heart, there’s a great chance that Aki may also change her treatment of Yoshino.
She is simply tired of Aki’s harsh attitude toward her, and she only wants the best for her.
But in reality, Yoshino wants to help Masamune get back with Aki. This is to atone for her faults back when she pretended to be Aki in order to reject Masamune and send him away.
By the end of the series, Yoshino decides to face her own feelings and reveal them to Masamune. This is after Aki encourages her to stand up for herself to find out Masamune’s genuine feelings as well.
At this point, Masamune was unsure of his romantic feelings. He is happier with Yoshino, but he can't let Aki go or hurt her.
Eventually, Masamune rejected Yoshino’s feelings after realizing that he was still head-over-heels in love with Aki.

Does Masamune Makabe End Up With Aki Adagaki?
Yes, Masamune Makabe ends up with Aki Adagaki in Masamune-kun’s Revenge. There were a lot of obstacles before they ended up together, but all of them were worth it. It made them stronger, and they’ve also matured a lot.
Masamune and Aki met while they were young and naive. Back then, Masamune was a weak, overweight youngster who frequently got tormented owing to his looks.
It was Aki who saved his butt and who urged him to grow stronger, all the while having issues of her own.
As a result, Masamune and Aki found comfort in each other’s company.
Masamune supported Aki, and he has always kept her happy despite whatever she was going through.
Their relationship was smooth sailing until Yoshino intervened and ruined their bond.
From this moment forward, Aki changed her dietary habits. She turned to food to release her tension from not seeing Masamune.
She also developed some kind of animosity towards men, going so far as to reject everyone who wanted to date her.
This is when Masamune, now a changed man, appeared. He entered Aki’s life once more, just to wreak his revenge on the young girl whom he felt had shattered his heart.
But when Masamune and Aki learned the truth about their past, the two of them chose to patch things up, even though it was exceedingly difficult for them.
There came a time when Masamune thought he liked Yoshino more than Aki. There was also a time when Masamune assumed that Aki wanted to split up with him.
Overall, Masamune and Aki’s relationship is full of difficulties. They stumbled a lot, but in the end, they managed to stay on the same page and continue their love for each other.
