In Japan, Demon Slayer -To the Swordsmith Village- first hit movie theaters on February 3, 2023.
In the United Kingdom, fans have had the opportunity to watch the movie in cinemas from March 1, 2023. In North America, the movie came out beginning on March 3, 2023, onward.
At this point, the recommended way to access the movie is through your local movie theater.
In terms of content, the new movie didn't offer very much novelty, as it is essentially a recap of Episodes 10 and 11 of the Entertainment District arc with an extended episode from the upcoming third season, which will be covering the Swordsmith Village arc.

A single movie -- especially one that involves previous material too -- wouldn't be enough to adapt the entire arc, and we definitely expect Season 3 to have at least 10 episodes.
Demon Slayer Season 3 is going to be available on Crunchyroll starting on April 9, and it might also make it to Hulu later.
