What You NEED To Watch Before Seeing She-Hulk: Attorney At Law on Disney Plus
She-Hulk: Attorney At Law is definitely connected into the MCU even before Jennifer Walters waltzes into the narrative. Just by being Bruce Banner's cousin, her roots run deep into the franchise and here is a primer of what to watch to be prepared for her debut.
The Incredible Hulk (2008)
Yes, it's the Edward Norton version but bear with it because it is where Tim Roth's Emil Blonsky/ The Abomination got his origins and he has quite a peculiar role in the upcoming series, She-Hulk: Attorney At Law.
Other than The Abomination, it is in The Incredible Hulk where the origins of Bruce Banner being the Hulk started. Possibly, it may be the same process that Walters would have to go through. So, to understand it better, The Incredible Hulk is a must.
The Avengers (2012)
This is where Mark Ruffalo's Hulk made his debut and it has been one of the best recasts in the MCU, making Ruffalo's Hulk popular and the face of the hero from then on.
Other than Ruffalo's debut as the Hulk, it also highlights the struggles of Hulk especially when it comes to his relationship with each of the Avengers. In the movie, all he do is "smash," it's his best asset that time.
Also, this is where Iron Man proudly bannered Banner by telling Loki, "We have a Hulk," and Hulk literally made a rag doll out of Loki who wreaked havoc in New York City bringing in the Chitauri army. Yup, it's one of Hulk's best scenes ever.
Netflix's Daredevil (2015) and The Defenders (2017)
Charlie Cox is confirmed to reprise his role as Matt Murdock a.k.a. Daredevil in She-Hulk: Attorney At Law and to have a better perspective of what he does, he has three seasons of Daredevil which used to be on Netflix but it is now on Disney Plus.
The same goes with The Defenders. It has been teased that Krysten Ritter's Jessica Jones would make her MCU debut in She-Hulk: Attorney At Law. It could be better if you can watch her own show, Jessica Jones, but The Defenders hit two birds with one stone having Jones and Murdock in one series.
Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015)
"Sun's getting real low," this line is possibly the most connected one to Hulk. With Jennifer Walters surely having a shock being She-Hulk, Avengers: Age of Ultron could help shed some light on how Hulk dealt with his self-acceptance.

Doctor Strange (2016)
Phase Four has probably been Wong's universe and to know him better before he appears in She-Hulk: Attorney At Law, it is advisable to watch Doctor Strange to see Wong's humble beginnings from being a librarian to one of the most well-known sorcerers in the MCU.
Captain America: Civil War (2016)
Before anyone mentions that Hulk isn't here, it is worth noting that Jennifer Walters is a lawyer who deals with superhuman-related cases and in Captain America: Civil War, this is where the Sokovia Accords was born.
The Sokovia Accords is a law in the MCU which aims to make super-powered individuals liable for the mess they cause. It might be handy to have a refresher on the Sokovia Accords because it may be the reason why Walters handle such cases in her law career.
Thor: Ragnarok (2017)
It is a struggle for Bruce Banner in Thor: Ragnarok as he got some limit being Hulk after being trapped in Hulk form for years. The journey to Hulk's self-acceptance was not easy but here, he proved himself to be a hero even beyond Earth and reason.
Avengers: Infinity War (2018)
Being a Hulk has been rough for Bruce Banner as in Avengers: Infinity War, Thanos may have smacked the hell out of Hulk and made the big green guy scared to come out especially with the presence of the Mad Titan.
Thankfully, Heimdall was able to send Hulk back to Earth through his last breath and the bi-frost but this is where Banner really struggled with his alter ego. It is advisable to see how Banner dealt with this problem given that he'd be teaching Jennifer Walters how to be Hulk.
Avengers: Endgame (2019)
It is in Avengers: Endgame where Bruce Banner finally attained the perfect reconciliation of being Banner and being Hulk as he introduces to everyone Professor Hulk.
Dealing with the loss and grief for five years after Thanos' snap, Banner was able to make both his personalities exist at once. This is probably what will be happening to Jennifer Walters so it's best to see how Hulk managed to do that.
Also, Hulk appreciation time, this is where he snapped back into existence half of the universe and played a huge role in defeating Thanos and his cronies.
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (2021)
The Abomination comes back in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and while it is just a cameo appearance, it confirmed that Tim Roth will be back for the role. Also, Wong appears at the same place and time as The Abomination.
In Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, Wong currently holds the title Sorcerer Supreme and he fights in an underground fight ring owned by Shang-Chi's sister. This is possibly where most of the seeds for She-Hulk: Attorney At Law has been planted.
She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 1 arrives on Disney Plus at 3 AM EST on August 18, 2022. There is no news yet as to the release of the series on DVD but what is sure is that it would be available on the service in the highest streaming quality, 4K.
Tatiana Maslany will play Jennifer Walters a.k.a. She-Hulk and she would be joined by Mark Ruffalo reprising his role as Bruce Banner a.k.a. Hulk, Tim Roth as The Abomination, Ginger Gonzaga as Walters' best friend, Renee Elise Goldsberry as Amelia, and Jameela Jamil as Titania.
