In The Foolish Angel Dances With the Devil, Akutsu has a permanent tattoo wrapped around his neck.
This tattoo is the collar that the angel in disguise, Amane Lily, forcefully put around him during their power struggle at the park.
At first, Akutsu wanted to recruit Lily to motivate his devil compatriots against the angels. But when Lily revealed her true identity to Akutsu, the latter fell into the former’s trap.
They fought against each other, but Akutsu doesn’t have the strength to overpower Lily at all.
