Mon Mothma: The Character Who Appeared in More Star Wars Than Most
Senator Mon Mothma is an engaging character whom we've seen in more Star Wars movies and series than not.
The Chandrilan politician has always been a force of good in the Galaxy, supporting peace and democracy in an increasingly hostile world.

What Happened to Mon Mothma After Andor?
Andor Season 1 ends with Mon Mothma in the horrible position of having to marry off her daughter, Leida, due to her struggle with debt and missing money from her accounts.
This is the show where Mon Mothma's character is really fleshed out, as we get to see things from her own viewpoint for the first time.
Her subtle attempts to work against the Empire are very engaging to watch.
We do know that after the events of Andor, she continues working with the Rebel Alliance, as we see in Rogue One and Rebels.

What Happened to Mon Mothma After Return of the Jedi?
Little is known about Mon Mothma's life after Return of the Jedi as the canon series and movies don't address her whereabouts.
Based on book information, we know that Mon played a role in the establishment of the New Republic following the Emperor's death in Return of the Jedi.
As The Mandalorian and Ahsoka, the two shows unfolding in the New Republic era, show us, the transition wasn't easy.
Therefore, Mon sometimes had to strike a difficult balance between her values and a harsh reality.
The canon book Star Wars: Aftermath by Chuck Wendig details that time in Mothma's life.

What Happened to Mon Mothma's Daughter?
Leida, Mothma's daughter, had a strained relationship with her mother during Andor.
Mothma doesn't want her daughter to marry young with the risk of being trapped in an unhappy marriage, like herself, but is forced to give in by the finale.
Leida herself seems happy with the prospect, though some of it is a rebellious streak and the desire to go against her mother's wishes.
Andor hasn't confirmed whether the marriage will actually happen, nor have we seen any sign of the relationship between mother and daughter improving.
However, if Mon Mothma gets more screen time in Ahsoka's next episodes, we might find some hints as we wait for Andor Season 2.
