Vladimir Putin’s Russian Sleeper Cells Attacking The U.S.?
Sources told National Enquirer that CIA and FBI counterintelligence specialists believe there are at least 100 active Russian sleepers cells hiding in plain sight across the U.S. and are already suspected of violent attacks in America.
One intelligence professional claimed:
“The Kremlin’s agents aren’t only living in Russian enclaves in American cities, they’re likely to be your next-door neighbor, your local shop owner – even your friend!”

The Department of Homeland Security has shockingly revealed Putin’s alleged moles have already burrowed into “critical infrastructure,” including American power grids, water facilities and gas pipelines. The stark warning comes as Putin and his allies in Iran push the world closer to armed global conflict than ever since the 1980s.
Putin, in the latest ominous provocations since Russia invaded Ukraine, warned in a speech in Volgograd on Feb. 2:
“Those who plan to defeat Russia on the battlefield don’t understand a modern war with Russia will be very different. We have ways of responding and it won’t just be limited to armored vehicles.”
The threat of Putin, which experts interpret as a not-so-subtle reference to Russia’s vast stockpile of nuclear weapons, was issued in response to Germany, Poland and the U.S. supplying Ukraine with dozens of state-of-the-art tanks and armored vehicles.

Putin’s speech, as per experts, also contained code-worded launch orders activating underground agents in the U.S. The strategy of Russia was allegedly divulged in a joint report from the FBI and Homeland Security, which notes that Putin’s hackers-army gained access to computers in targeted industries and collected sensitive information.
The unsettling documents reportedly indicated the intrusion could pave the way for future attacks. Russian and Iranian cells are expected to take out lightly guarded soft targets in America, including electrical grids, fiber-optic cable systems, reservoirs and bridges. Informants also claimed the attacks had already started.

At least nine electrical substations have been attacked in North Carolina, Washington and Oregon in the last three months, cutting power to thousands of people and sparking a review of security standards for the national power grid. Key intelligence experts believe the domestic terrorists followed a path trailblazed by Russian saboteurs.
An insider stated:
“We believe the Russians are responsible for at least some of the unexplained attacks on the nine American substations over the last three months. We’re convinced Putin ordered these attacks as revenge against the U.S. for assisting Ukraine.”
Intelligence experts also believe the attacks should come as no surprise after Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Seymour Hersh broke the news that U.S. Navy divers orchestrated explosions in Russia’s Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines in the Baltic Sea last summer.

Former U.S. Army Major General Paul Vallely cautioned that Russia’s alleged sleeper cells are well-established and ready to carry out the devious plans of Putin. He said:
“Some of them are working here on visas and others are actually American citizens who are on the Russian payroll.”
Another insider claimed Iran also sent a wave of immigrants to the U.S. after the revolution in the late 1970s. Many could reportedly be plants or blackmailed into betraying America to protect relatives back home. An expert warned:
“They’re here. Count on it! And they’re dangerous!”
Vladimir Putin has yet to comment on the claims that his alleged agents were the ones disrupting the U.S. power grid. So, everyone should take all these reports with a huge grain of salt until everything is proven true and correct.

Vladimir Putin Pulls Russia Out Of Nuclear-Arms-Control Treaty
Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that his country would stop its participation in the New START nuclear weapons reduction deal with the United States, jeopardizing the last surviving accord that governs the two greatest nuclear arsenals in the world.
Putin announced Tuesday in his long-delayed annual address to the Russian National Parliament. Russia's Foreign Ministry stated hours after Putin's address that the decision to halt participation in the pact was "reversible."

The pact restricts the number of deployed nuclear weapons with the intercontinental range that the United States and Russia can possess. It was last extended for five years in early 2021. Therefore, the two parties must soon negotiate a new weapons control pact.
Under the major nuclear arms control treaty, the United States and Russia are entitled to visit each other's weapon sites. However, inspections have been suspended since 2020 owing to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Although Russia is not totally withdrawing from the accord, it looks to be formalizing its existing position. American officials have been unhappy about Russia's lack of compliance with the pact for months.
U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken described Putin's action as "deeply unfortunate and irresponsible." He also stated that President Joe Biden's government is willing to discuss the nuclear weapons pact with Russia at any moment, regardless of what else is happening in the globe. Several Western allies, like France and the United Kingdom, followed him in urging Putin to overturn the suspension.
