To Your Eternity Episode 12 Recap
To Your Eternity is adapting an award-winning manga series written and illustrated by Yoshitoki Oima, who is also the author of A Silent Voice. In it, we follow the story of a mysterious immortal being who first comes to the earth nameless and emotionless. The being, who comes to be known as Fushi can take any form but starts with no identity and becomes increasingly human through stimulation.

Episode 12 starts with Gugu literally handing from a cliff. While other guests of Rean's helps him up, however, things don't look good for him when he runs into the collapsing house where Fushi is fighting his nemesis, Nokkers.
With Gugu's help, Fushi thinks he has managed to keep the monster at bay, but then he's attacked again, and murdered. Before he can regenerate, the building collapses for good just as Rean comes in to help Gugu. Gugu ends up killed by the weight of many stones, that he takes to save Rean. Before he dies, the two can confess that they love each other and promise to go pick flowers. Yes, I'm crying while writing this.
Fushi regenerates in Gugu's form, understanding his brother has died. Thankfully, he manages to defeat the monster, but his creator informs him that it'll return. Fushi decides to leave so that no more people will get killed.
Rean wakes up and looks for Gugu. Unable to tell her the truth, Fushi takes Gugu's form and pretends that it's Fushi who died. Rean plays along but understands the truth, and goes where the purple flowers go. She tells her father that she won't get married because she loves another man. When her father asks to meet him, she tells him that he's dead, but she believes he is with Fushi. If you need me, I'll be looking for a bucket for my tears.

Episode 13 will air Monday, the 12th of July. Therefore, there will be a one-week delay as Spring anime that keep going during the Summer season are taking a break this week.
