In less than a month, The Marvels is set to finally arrive in theaters and fans will be able to witness Carol Danvers' next chapter in the MCU and her cosmic adventure team-up with Monica Rambeau and Kamala Khan.
Disney has been ramping up its marketing campaign for the last few weeks by releasing trailers and TV spots that should hype up the audience's excitement for the film in lieu of the cast members' absence in the promotional tour because of the ongoing actors' strike.
In a typical MCU fashion, the majority of its plot details are currently under wraps, but fans have been speculating and theorizing about whether the film will feature surprise cameo appearances from well-known MCU characters.
Now, a newly-released TV spot has suggested that the upcoming film may likely feature an appearance of a familiar character from the Thor films.

New The Marvels TV Spot Hints an Appearance from a Thor Character
A recent TV spot for The Marvels titled "Legacy" has hinted that the upcoming film may feature an appearance from a character in the Thor films thanks to a brief shot that was featured near the end of the 30-second promo.
If you look at the 0:25 mark of the TV spot, you can see the appearance of the Bifrost, which is usually associated with the Asgardian characters from the Thor films.
At the same time that the brief shot of the Bifrost was shown, Carol can also be heard saying that she "called a friend" which made fans believe that it is a hint of a cameo appearance from a certain Thor character.
A lot of fans are speculating that Valkyrie could be the one who will make an appearance in the film since she has been acquainted with Carol before in Avengers: Endgame. There were also teases before that the two characters could get involved in a romantic relationship.
There is also a likelihood that Thor himself could make an appearance in the film or another Asgardian character that has never been introduced in past MCU films and TV shows.
It is exciting to hear the possibility that a character from the Thor films may show up in The Marvels and, whoever they will be, it will definitely be a great surprise for fans. Hopefully, it won't just be a cameo for the sake of fan service moment and they will have real involvement in the story.
The Marvels is set to arrive in theaters this November 10.
