Lucasfilm will end 2021 with a huge bang with the premiere of The Book of Boba Fett which is being rumored to serve as Season 2.5 of The Mandalorian. Speaking of the hit Star Wars spinoff series, a lot of fans have been wondering if we'll see familiar faces from the MandoVerse turn up in the show other than Boba Fett and Fennec Shand. Of course, one of which is The Mandalorian himself Din Djarin who had a brief alliance with the famed bounty hunter in Season 2.

As it stands, we still have no clue whether or not Pedro Pascal appears in The Book of Boba Fett but given the fact that the show takes place in the same timeline, it wouldn't be too farfetched to believe that Mando will be involved in the series in some capacity.

When asked by GamesRadar if Pascal will be making an appearance in the series, actor Temuera Morrison played coy on the subject and said: "I can't say anything, but we have some wonderful, colorful things to look forward to. I don't want to say too much about it because we're all going to go on this journey together. And every little bit of information is pretty precious now."

I honestly wouldn't lose sleep if Din Djarin doesn't make a cameo appearance in The Book of Boba Fett. I strongly believe that Fett should be the focal point of the show and not just a side attraction, and adding Mando to the mix could potentially just turn the series into an extension of The Mandalorian. Well, granted that's what they're actually going for.

The Book of Boba Fett streams on December 29th exclusively on Disney+.
