Did 1000-Lb Sisters Star Tammy Slaton Overpromised With TikTok Live Promotion?
Tammy Slaton is still in rehab in a bid to fight food addiction and lose weight. However, the TLC star has been active on social media.
A few days ago, she shared a post on Instagram announcing that she would be going live on TikTok as a special guest for TwistPrintz on Wednesday.
Since Tammy had promoted the event, many of her fans were hoping that it would be the best time to interact with her. Meanwhile, some were wondering why the 1000-Lb Sisters star decided to go live with a label printing company when she could do the same on her own.
"Is this a scam?" one asked.
True to her words, Tammy went live with the brand. Unfortunately, it didn't turn out the way they expected.
Tammy was only live for a few minutes. Also, they had a hard time understanding what she was saying due to connectivity issues, The Sun reported.
She signed off the live session and did not return, which left many upset.
Tammy Slaton Slammed After 1000-Lb Sisters Fans Were Disappointed With TikTok Live
Several netizens were so angry after Tammy Slaton's TikTok Live. Apparently, they wanted to interact with her but had no chance. Many of them slammed her because they felt that she wasted their time.
"What a waste of time no questions asked at all," an angry fan wrote, per The Sun.
"bye...not worth it," another added.
"I only came for Tammy. Bye," a third supporter wrote.
Meanwhile, some didn't see Tammy because they were late. Many were asking, "Where is Tammy?" Some said that she only made an appearance for a couple of seconds and they missed it because of connectivity problems.
Despite the backlash, Tammy's solid supporters were happy to see her. Even if they didn't have the chance to talk to her, her sight alone satisfied them.

Tammy is still in rehab and there are no words from TLC if it will renew 1000-Lb Sisters for another season. The Season 3 finale aired in January. Amy Slaton said she might not do another season unless they reduce her filming time and Tammy is still in a rehab facility. So, it might take time before the network announce whether or not it will renew or cancel the show.
