The Mandalorian Season 3 is coming next month and we're expecting to see more of Din Djarin and the rest of the Mandalorians soon. however, that's not enough for former WWE star Sasha Banks who now goes by Mercedes Moné. The Koska Reeves actor just pitched an awesome idea for a Star Wars film focusing on the Mandalorians.
Mercedes Varnado recently made the big move to New Japan Pro-Wrestling and announced her new name, Mercedes Mone. In an interview with TV Insider, Mone was asked about her dream role and not surprisingly, she admitted that she wants to return to the Star Wars Universe. However, this time, the pro wrestler wants Koska Reeves to get her own movie.
"Besides freakin' Star Wars, I would love to be in a movie," Monè said. "I would love to put Koska Reeves in a Mandalorian movie. That would be incredible."
She then shared her pitch for the film. "I would love to be in any type of series like Fast & Furious, anything my brother would like. He likes action movies."
Mone was also quick to point out that being in the franchise has been an amazing experience.
"I can't believe I'm in two of the greatest universes ever. Wrestling universe and Star Wars universe have the craziest and best fans of all time," she said.
We're loving the idea of Koska Reeves getting her own movie and if this is something to look forward to, we would also expect her to be joined by the Nite Owls led by Bo-Katan Kryze.
For now, there haven't been any plans for a Mandalorian spin-off film. Nevertheless, we'll be waiting for updates from Star Wars and Lucasfilm.
Mercedes Mone is expected to return as Koska Reeves in The Mandalorian Season 3 which will premiere on Disney+ on March 1, 2023.
