Star Wars: Ahsoka Returns in Action-Packed Tales of the Jedi Trailer

Ahsoka Tano is undoubtedly one of the most interesting characters in the Star Wars Universe and that's why we love seeing her in more projects. Not surprisingly, Ahsoka is returning to her animated roots in the first trailer for Tales of the Jedi where her story will be told alongside the young Count Dooku!

The trailer for Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi was shared during D23 Expo and opens with an adorable glimpse at baby Ahsoka Tano. Although she is just an infant, her destiny is already clear: it is confirmed that Ahsoka will be a Jedi and she is later shown being trained by Anakin Skywalker.

In another part of the galaxy, a young Count Dooku and his own Padawan Qui-Gon Jinn meet with a village elder as Dooku declares that he wants to bring peace and order to the galaxy. However, Jinn doesn't agree with the violence that Dooku is willing to unleash and tries to stop his Master, only to be pushed back by the Jedi Knight.

The trailer for Tales of the Jedi also features glimpses at Mace Windu, Bail Organa and Yaddle, who are all set for a lot of action-packed scenes. It concludes with Ahsoka facing off against an Inquisitor who asks who she is.

Tales of the Jedi will bring back Star Wars: The Clone Wars actress Ashley Eckstein as the voice of Ahsoka while Liam Neeson and his son Micheal Richardson will play Qui-Gon Jinn as an adult and as a young man, respectively. Janina Gavankar provides the voice of Ahsoka's mother Pav-ti while Matt Lanter reprises his role as Anakin Skywalker.

Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi will consist of six new episodes and will premiere on Disney+ on October 26, 2022.
