Rowoon will tell another unique story about a grim reaper through the new K-drama, Tomorrow.
Tomorrow tells the story of a 27-year-old jobless man who eventually gets work in the underworld by accident. The creators based it on the webtoon of the same name made by Llama.
In January, Kim Hee Sun, SF9 member Rowoon, Lee Soo Hyuk, and the other cast members already held a script reading where they showed perfect synchronization with their characters. Although fans are yet to see more of them, the K-drama’s new stills presented the transformation Rowoon went through.

Rowoon Transforms Into Hot-Looking Grim Reaper
In the drama, Rowoon plays the role of Choi Joon Wong, who crosses paths with Kim Hee Sun’s Goo Ryun and Yoon Ji On’s Lim Ryoong Goo. They eventually work together to save the lives of those who want to commit suicide after the character falls into a coma.
While the character is a curious person, he changes the processes in the Crisis Management Team through his caring personality.

As seen on the new stills, Rowoon flaunted his different charms – from being a clumsy and jobless rookie to being a grim reaper who is desperate to save people as the youngest member of the Crisis Management Team.
His new role stirred people’s curiosity about his skills even more, as he already showed commendable performances in different dramas, including Extraordinary You and The King’s Affection.
Rowoon is The Perfect Actor For The Role, Says Director
Although Rowoon already has the skills and looks, the K-pop idol reportedly got everything Tomorrow directors are looking for in an actor.
According to Kim Tae Yoon, they chose him to play Choi Joon Woong’s role after looking through a long list of young actors.
“Out of all the actors in their twenties, he’s the actor who most resembles the character of Joon Woong. I think Rowoon is an outstanding actor who can portray Joon Woong’s unique vivaciousness, cheekiness, and relatability,” the director said.
Tomorrow will premiere on April 1.
