Last week, fans of Resident Alien were treated to an early Episode 3 release. Not only did we get to see Dr. Harry navigating his homesickness and his first contact with human emotion, but we also witnessed him trying to hide terrifying secrets; including his murder of a man, to assume his appearance. For the uninitiated, the new SyFy show is based on a comic book of the same name, created by Peter Hogan and Steve Parkhouse. It follows an alien on a mission, who finds himself stuck on earth and has to disguise himself as a small-town doctor. The show combines elements of science fiction, comedy, and mystery.
Resident Alien has been praised for the quirky, entertaining performance of Alan Tudyk as the titular new resident of small-town Patience. He's accompanied a great cast that includes Sara Tomko, Allice Wetterlund, Corey Reynolds, and others.
Resident Alien Episode 4 Release Date
According to the official Twitter account of Resident Alien, Episode 4, titled "Birds of a Feather" will air next Wednesday, the 17th of February on Syfy. Unfortunately, no other early episode release was confirmed, but it was certainly good while it lasted.

Following the promo for Episode 3, the Resident Alien Episode 4 promo is short, lasting just 20 seconds, so very little is given about the plot. What we do know, is that Harry's past will be investigated further; when asked, he claims he's from New York and we're curious to see how he's going to pull this off!
What we know for certain, is that Alan Tudyk's performance remains wonderfully quirky, if his matter-of-fact 'no' to a character who 'won't take no for an answer' is any indication.
Resident Alien Episode 4: What Is It Going to Be About?
To put it mildly, humanity seems to have caught up with Harry quite a bit. While he still claims to hate humans, this becomes harder to believe as he's increasingly emotional, which clouds his judgment.
We found out more about Asta, D'Arcy, and other town residents, while a serial killer still roams free. Moreover, some newcomers have taken an interest in Harry that doesn't seem entirely benevolent. In a recent tweet, the Resident Alien team promised to reveal more about them in episode 4.
Not only will Harry's past be further investigated, but he'll also get to see more of the human world. In the synopsis of Episode 4, we read:
Harry travels to the Ute Reservation to help Asta's grandmother, and along the way, learns what it means to belong to a community.
Already, Harry has warmed up to small-town life more than he ever expected. We can't wait to see where it'll take him.
Resident Alien Episode 4 Countdown
Resident Alien airs every Wednesday on SyFy. While Episode 3 has already been available for a little over a week, its official release date was yesterday, the 10th of February, leaving us to wait 6 more days until the release of episode 4 on the 17th.
