Resident Alien trailer

The trailer of Resident Alien features some gorgeous small town scenery and, more importantly, an adorably awkward main character who is not quite used to being human... and people notice. His attempts to pass as 'a normal human' will definitely be entertaining to watch.

Resident Alien plot: What is it about?

Resident Alien will follow main character Captain Hah Re, an alien who takes the identity of Harry Vanderspeige, a doctor in a Colorado mountain town, following a crash on Earth. He is able to learn human language and mannerisms, and even appear human-formed to the residents of the small town. Things, however, get complicated when a 9-year-old boy is able to see through his true alien form, threatening his mission. But what is his true mission? And what will happen when he starts having moral qualms about it?

Resident Alien episode count: How many will there be?

The detailed episode list for Resident Alien has not been released yet. According to IMDb, members of the main cast will appear in ten episodes, so ten seems a likely total number. What we know is that, apart from the pilot, a second episode has been confirmed called "Homesick," which will likely feature the main character being nostalgic – and rightly so, as moving to earth must be a huge change for him.

Resident Alien Director: Who will be making the show?

The executive producers' team includes Chris Sheridan, Mike Richardson, David Dobkin, Keith Goldberg, Justin Falvey and Darryl Frank. The Pilot episode was directed by David Dobkin Robert Duncan McNeill, Jennifer Phang, Jay Chandrasekhar, and Shannon Kohli also participated in the show's directing.

This is all we know about Resident Alien so far. Reviews are not available, as the series has not been released yet, but things are already looking exciting!
