Queen Elizabeth became the first British monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee, marking 70 years of service to the people of the U.K., on Feb. 6, 2022. Buckingham Palace revealed the celebration plans earlier this year, which include a "once-in-a-generation show" combining the best British ceremonial splendor and pageantry with cutting-edge artistic and technological displays.

During her Accession Day message, Queen Elizabeth said she hopes the Platinum Jubilee would bring together families and friends, neighbors, and communities. However, it is unlikely for the royal family to be complete soon amid the security row of Prince Harry against the British government after he challenged the Home Office for not giving him the "same degree" of personal protective security when visiting the U.K. -- despite his offer to pay for it himself.

Despite the high chances of the Sussex family not attending the Platinum Jubilee celebrations in June, Queen Elizabeth is allegedly attempting to head off a showdown with Prince Harry by coming to a "major compromise."

Queen Elizabeth Has A 'Clever' Plan To Meet Lilibet?

Woman's Day Australia reported that Queen Elizabeth is brewing something to get her great-granddaughter, Lilibet, to the U.K. An unnamed source told the magazine:

"The Queen is willing to come to the table and find a way to keep Harry happy, at least temporarily. She'll try to sort out temporary royal police protection for Harry if he comes home for her jubilee celebrations in June – but only if he brings his two children."

It furthered that:

"She is desperate to meet his daughter Lilibet in particular, who'll be one by then and was of course named after the Queen, and she feels that could be her only chance."

However, Prince Harry, who is called "demanding" by his critics, is reportedly not done with his lists of requests yet. The unidentified source claimed:

"Harry will likely accept the offer of temporary protection in exchange for the Queen meeting Lilibet, but his fight hasn't finished yet."

It added:

"Where the jubilee is concerned, he wants a guarantee that both himself and his wife Meghan will be awarded jubilee medals alongside the rest of the family – which is ruffling feathers, given Meghan was only an official royal for 18 months. But beyond that, Harry still intends to fight for permanent security. Moving back to the UK isn't out of the question in the future but he won't do it if his kids are at risk."

The tipster also suggested that Prince Harry is also petitioning another home base in the U.K., now that the Sussex family is sub-leasing Frogmore Cottage at Windsor to his cousin, Princess Eugenie.

The unnamed informant shared:

"They never felt comfortable there as it was too exposed for their liking, right in the middle of Windsor Great Park. If Harry's to come home more often he wants something way more secure. The Queen certainly has a lot of thinking to do."

Queen Elizabeth and Prince Harry have yet to comment on these allegations. So, avid followers of the royal family should take all these unverified claims with a huge grain of salt until everything is proven true and correct.

Meanwhile, Queen Elizabeth is reportedly going to be removed as Jamaica's Head of State this weekend when Prince William and Kate Middleton's Caribbean tour concludes.
