Prince William and Prince Harry used to be very close. As brothers, they turned to each other following the sudden death of their mom, Princess Diana. But one source claimed that Prince William and Prince Harry never really considered each other their friend because of their glaring differences.
“Emotionally, they are very unlike. [Harry wears his] heart on his sleeve. [William] is introverted and reclusive. They are bonded together by the unique position they are in and the experience of losing their mother very young,” the source said (via Cheat Sheet).
Prince William Contemplating On What He’ll Do To Prince Harry After He Broke One Royal Rule
Over the years, Prince William and Prince Harry’s relationship became even more strained, especially after the latter tied the knot with Meghan Markle. And news about the Duke of Sussex releasing a memoir that could reportedly damage his relationship with the royal family has not helped.
During a recent interview, royal expert Duncan Larcombe said that Prince William might have to contemplate what he would do to his younger brother after he finishes reading his memoir.
“Once the book is out, William will have to make a decision about what he is going to do about Harry. But he is not going to do a thing until he knows what is on every page of that book. The reality is that if, as a senior member of the Royal Family, you have written a tell-all book, you have broken rule number one of the Royal Family,” he said (via Express).

Royal Courtiers Are Worried About What Prince Harry’s Memoir Would Be About
Even though Prince Harry has not shared what exactly will be included in his memoir, royal experts couldn’t stop themselves from speculating on what it would be about. In fact, there are claims that royal courtiers are already quaking about what the Duke of Sussex would expose in his tell-all.
“[That book] tore away a carefully curated image of royal happiness to reveal that the marriage of the Prince and Princess of Wales was a sham. Diana’s son is set to follow in his mother’s footsteps with a memoir that is poised to shock the world, just as hers did. Understandably, there is considerable anxiety in Buckingham Palace circles that Harry will use the memoir to settle perceived scores with family members and senior courtiers. They are particularly nervous about his attitude towards his stepmother, the Duchess of Cornwall, the woman who many of the late Princess’ supporters still blame for the collapse of the Charles-Diana marriage,” royal expert Richard Kay said (via Marie Claire).
