Following their latest sighting, a source said that it was evident that Prince William is living up to his late grandmother's credo of always seeing the good in people.
"Clearly sensing that this was not a time for recrimination but reconciliation, it was as if the 40-year-old father-of-three was trying to reflect his elevated status as the King's new 'liege man of life and limb. This was not just a display of older brotherly love – but a statement of his elevation to the House of Windsor's second-most-senior statesman," the source said (via Page Six).

King Charles III Extended An Olive Branch To Prince Harry, Meghan Markle After Queen Elizabeth's Death
King Charles III also seemingly extended an olive branch to Prince Harry and Markle during his first public address after taking on the role of the monarch.
"I want also to express my love for Harry and Meghan as they continue to build their lives overseas," King Charles said.
But even though olive branches were handed out to the Sussexes this past weekend, comparisons between them and the Wales' still carried on.
Prince William Criticized For Not Escorting Kate Middleton To The Car Unlike Prince Harry
According to Fox News, the Prince of Wales was criticized on social media for his apparent lack of chivalry with Middleton. Prince Harry, on the other hand, was praised for ushering Markle while they were out in public.
Eagle-eyed royal fans also saw how Prince Harry opened and closed the car door for Markle. But Prince William didn't bother opening the door for his wife. In fact, they even entered through separate doors.
"Harry holds the car door open for his wife. Makes sure she's safe. Wills does not. Case closed," one royal fan wrote.
"Harry is a gentleman. William however acts like his father," another person commented.
"Harry is a true king and son of Diana. (sic) Look how he cares (sic) for his wife," one person tweeted.
"One thing is for sure: he is not going to treat his wife like his father did her mother. That's what the British public doesn't get. He opened the door for his wife on his own accord, and his wife responded by saying thank you. That's mutual respect," a fourth person wrote.
