Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have always put up a united front in public. His biographer Angela Levin claimed he didn't want to end up like his wife's BFF, Jessica Mulroney.
Prince Harry Fears Meghan Markle?
According to reports, the Duchess of Sussex wears the trousers in her marriage with Prince Harry. The author of Harry: A Biography of a Prince weighed in on their relationship and shared her thoughts on why the royal prince puts up with his wife and follows her order.
Levin said he didn't want to suffer the same fate as Mulroney. Here's what the biographer said on GB News:
"I think perhaps Harry does what she says because he fears that he might be next. It's very frightening, I think, to live with somebody like that because they have the power, and they have the single dimension of going ahead."
Prince Harry admitted in his memoir Spare that he feared losing his wife. He recounted an incident when she threatened to leave him following a nasty argument.
Prince William's sibling said he "needed that" pushback, and the thought of "losing her" made him realize he needed therapy to handle their relationship better because he didn't want to lose Markle, Page Six reported.
Prince Harry also complimented his wife, saying, "my wife saved me."
In the book, he wrote:
"I was stuck in this world and she was from a different world and helped draw me out."
And added:
"Yes, my partner is an exceptional human being and I'm eternally grateful for the wisdom and the space that she's been able to give to me."
What Happened To Meghan Markle And Her BFF?
Meghan Markle and Jessica Mulroney have known each other since they were kids. However, the Canadian designer was involved in a white privilege scandal.
Mulroney allegedly threatened Sasha Exeter after the latter encouraged social media influencers to support the Black Lives Matter movement. Mulroney's move was "hugely offensive to Meghan" and reportedly served as the "deciding factor" for Markle to consider their relationship, a source told Us Weekly.
When the incident happened, Mulroney, who let Markle and Prince Harry hide at her home in Canada when the press discovered their royal romance, didn't feel any support from the duchess.
An insider told The Sun:
"Jessica's team have made it clear that she feels completely ditched by Meghan and fears she is going to cut her out of her life for good."
The tipster continued:
"She's completely distraught and devastated because Meghan has done nothing to stand up for her publicly. Jessica is terrified she will never work again. Meghan has forsaken her most loyal friend just to look woke."
Markle has been known to cutting ties with people in her life. She's not on speaking terms with her dad, Thomas Markle Sr., and any members of the Markles.
An insider also previously told Grazia magazine that a lot of her friends hadn't heard from Markle when her romance with Prince Harry started to get serious. However, she reached out to some and told them that "she would no longer be in touch."
An insider claimed:
"People understood as soon as it became clear how serious her relationship with Harry had become Meghan is sociable but her life has changed and certain friendships can't go on."
