Back in Nazarick, Ainz is attempting to maintain his cool in front of his NPC Guardians. They are in the middle of discussing Ainz's strategy after the tenacious adventurer Red Drop defeated Ainz's Death Knight and Death Warrior in E-Naeurl.
While the NPCs believe Ainz expected Red Drop to appear, he was actually taken aback. Shalltear and Cocytus surmised that Ainz dispatched fewer soldiers to draw his opponents out into the open.
Albedo also stated that Red Drop is stationed in E-Naeurl, which explains why Ainz chose to attack the location. Ainz, however, had no idea that a red power suit from YGGDRASIL would appear and effortlessly gun down his pawns.
Ainz's plans were praised by Demiurge. He also urged Ainz to send more troops and burn the city down. Ainz, on the other hand, remembered his plan with Pestonya and Nigredo.
As a result, Ainz chose to attack the royal city to give the citizens of E-Naeurl time to flee.
Meanwhile, in Re-Estize, Princess Renner is discussing the condition of their father with her brother, Prince Zanac.
Following his audacious plan to offer his head to the Sorcerer Kingdom, the King was placed under house arrest. Princess Renner praised Prince Zanac's efforts, noting that the Minister of Military Affairs and the mayor had finally come around to his side.
Princess Renner and Prince Zanac discussed the recent Sorcerer Kingdom attacks. The Sorcerer Kingdom has been attacking cities as they march towards E-Naeurl, despite not hearing a single word about the opposing forces.
They not only managed to keep the kingdom's borders under control, but they also managed to keep reinforcements at bay. At this point, Re-Estize has failed to notice the Sorcerer Kingdom's advances.
While Prince Zanac is perplexed, Princess Renner believes that someone on the inside is preventing information from leaking.
Because Marquis Raven's land is so close to the attacks, Princess Renner speculated that he was forced by the Sorcerer Kingdom to betray Re-Estize. However, Prince Zanac could not agree with Princess Renner.
If all else fails and a final battle in the royal capital can't be prevented, Prince Zanac is determined to face the Sorcerer Kingdom.
Despite the fact that many people will perish, Prince Zanac believes that this is the right thing to do.
Prince Zanac wishes to inform the citizens of Re-Estize in order to strengthen their army. More people will volunteer to protect their kingdom as a result, knowing how merciless the Sorcerer Kingdom is.
Princess Renner is also reminded by Prince Zanac that she can flee with Climb when the time comes.
Lakyus and the rest of the Blue Roses then went to meet with Azuth Aindra of Red Drop.
However, the secret unit of the Slane Theocracy, the Black Scripture led by Quiasse, barged into the meeting place. They proposed collaborating to bring down the Sorcerer Kingdom and Ainz Ooal Gown.
While Lakyus declined their offer, Azuth desired to act independently. He intends to remain in the capital and await the outbreak of war.
Azuth also believes that fighting alone is more practical than fighting with others. If everything fails, he can flee at any time. Hence, the Blue Roses are left to fend for themselves.
The day of the war arrives in Re-Estize. Prince Zanac has assembled tens of thousands of soldiers to confront the Sorcerer Kingdom.
Prior to declaring war, Prince Zanac demanded a private meeting with Ainz.
While Albedo does not want Ainz to speak with Prince Zanac, Cocytus believes that if Ainz rejects the prince's offer, rumors about his pettiness will spread.
Thus, Ainz met Prince Zanac halfway. Prince Zanac questions Ainz's motivations for ending Re-Estize.
In response, Ainz says he wants to sacrifice Re-Estize to represent a nation's folly in standing up to the Sorcerer Kingdom.
In contrast to Ainz's response, Prince Zanac points out Ainz's pettiness and continues to question him about his motivation.
Ainz responds that he only wants to be happy, even if it means robbing someone else of theirs.
Ainz believes that it is only right for his loved ones to be happy, and he is unconcerned about others. What can he do if ensuring the happiness of those he loves necessitates inflicting pain and harm on others?

Prince Zanac exclaims that it is such an outrageous idea. However, it is unavoidable.
Following that, Ainz asked Prince Zanac about the whereabouts of the Razor Edge sword. Zanac responded that it is now in the hands of Brain Unglaus.

After thanking Ainz for his honesty, Prince Zanac left. He also realizes that he is unfit to be king because he only wants to reform the kingdom, as opposed to Ainz, who wants to make his subjects happy.
Back in Re-Estize’s camp, Prince Zanac relayed that the negotiation with Ainz went sour. Unfortunately, Ainz still intends to murder all of them, much to the chagrin of Prince Zanac's forces.
Prince Zanac, on the other hand, has a new perspective on Ainz. While Ainz appears to be a monster on the outside, he has a human heart.
Suddenly, a group of nobles rebelled against Prince Zanac. They wish to offer his head in surrender and pledge their allegiance to the Sorcerer Kingdom.
On the other hand, Prince Zanac is determined to fight because it is the only way for him to survive.
In the end, the nobles decided to meet with Ainz. They were successful in taking Prince Zanac's life and beheading him, so they asked Ainz to spare them and their families because of their offering.
Ainz, on the other hand, chose to send them all to Neuronist Painkill, the NPC in charge of torturing prisoners. Ainz instructs Aura to inform the Neuronist that if the nobles want to live, they must ensure that they will not be killed.
He also emphasizes the importance of not instilling death in the nobles for the time being.
Before the episode ends, Ainz appoints Cocytus as commander of his forces, with Mare as his lieutenant.
Ainz is disgusted after seeing Prince Zanac's head in front of him. He also authorizes the two of them to use whatever force is necessary to ensure that all citizens of the Re-Estize Kingdom perish.
