The murder of Bunny Folger is the only focus of Only Murders in the Building Season 2. The top three suspects are Mabel (Selena Gomez), Charles (Steve Martin), and Oliver (Martin Short). However, some fans are wary about Cinda Canning (Tina Fey) and Poppy White (Adina Verson).

Only Murders in the Building Season 2: Who Killed Bunny Folger?
Bunny was not well-liked by many Arconia residents. As a result, there are multiple suspects in her death.
Howard Morris (Michael Cyril Creighton), the Arconia's resident cat-lover, for example, has a walk and physique identical to the masked figure seen thus far in Only Murders in the Building Season 2. Then there's Jared (David T. Patterson), Nina Lin's (Christine Ko) baby's father, who was portrayed as an MMA fighter — someone with enough strength to attack Bunny. Perhaps Nina assigned him to the task.
Mabel's new love interest, Alice (Cara Delevingne), is one of the season's main suspects after "Performance Review." She may have learned about Bunny's painting - did she have Bunny killed so she could take it?

Poppy White may be framing Cinda Canning
Poppy and Cinda are also suspects in the death of Bunny Folger. Some fans believe the podcasting duo played a role in Bunny's demise.
“The theory is that Poppy is setting up all the crimes so that she can ‘pretend’ to find evidence to give to Cinda,” one fan said on Reddit. Why go through all of this? “So that Cinda will give her a promotion.”
They added: “And now that she realizes Cinda will never promote her, she wants to frame Cinda for Bunny’s murder. So she’s turning against Cinda and pretending to side with the trio.”
Did Poppy kill Bunny on Cinda's behalf?
Nevertheless, others believe Poppy and Cinda were involved in Bunny's slaying. Another Reddit user commented, "I feel like Cinda orchestrated Bunny's murder, but physically murdering someone is too much for her, so she had Poppy do it."
“When Poppy realized she was never going to get promoted, she turned on Cinda, and will either expose her or frame her for the full murder (both the planning & physical action).”

Poppy crosses Cinda
Poppy secures an important interview for Cinda's Only Murderers in the Building podcast in the Only Murders in the Building Season 2 episode "Performance Review." As a result, she wants a performance evaluation in order to obtain a raise.
But this is the cold-hearted Cinda Canning we're talking about. She dismisses Poppy's request and later gives this hard lesson:
