One Piece Film: Red to Reveal New Information in Upcoming Livestream


We're still a couple of months away from the premiere of One Piece Film: Red but it looks like there will be a major update coming very soon. The movie is getting a special livestream event next week where some big news is set to drop!

The official One Piece Film: Red Twitter account shared the update, confirming that there will be major news dropping during the livestream event which will be available on YouTube on June 8 at 7PM JST. It also confirms that the event will be attended by Mayumi Tanaka and Kappei Yamaguchi, who play Luffy and Usopp, respectively.

In addition to Tanaka and Yamaguchi, there are other guests who are expected to attend the event. Hopefully, this means there will be more cast members who will help announce the latest details about the film.

One Piece Film: Red is not the only focus on the livestream event. The other upcoming One Piece projects are expected to get major updates as well. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.

The film will star Mayumi Tanaka as Monkey D. Luffy, Kazuya Nakai as Roronoa Zoro, Akemi Okamura as Nami, Kappei Yamaguchi as Usopp, Hiroaki Hirata as Sanji, Ikue Otani as Chopper, Yuriko Yamaguchi as Nico Robin, Kazuki Yao as Franky, Cho as Brook, Katsuhisa Hoki as Jimbei, and Shuichi Ikeda as Red-Haired Shanks. The voice actor for Uta has not yet been revealed but could be announced next week.

One Piece Film: RED will be released in theaters in Japan on August 6, 2022. The international release dates have not yet been announced. Hopefully, the update will be shared at the event.

The One Piece livestream event will be available on YouTube on June 8, 2022, at 7PM JST.
