After the action-packed Chapter 1065, One Piece Chapter 1066 leaks have begun spreading online, and they reveal the real Vegapunk as well as his connection to Monkey D. Dragon. The new leaks also reveal massive lore details.

One Piece Chapter 1066 Leaks
Based on the leaks, the latest chapter will be entitled The Will of Ohara, and as its title implies, the chapter will reveal major information that’s related to Ohara, the birthplace of Nico Robin.
In the chapter, it seems that there will be a flashback to the time following the World Government's attack on Ohara.
It will feature Dragon and Vegapunk, and it’s revealed that the two of them knew Clover, the Ohara scholar who served as Robin’s mentor.
Because of the World Government’s attack, Dragon decided to form the Revolutionary Army.
Because of this reveal, it seems that it's the World Government’s own actions that led to the creation of their foe.
Also revealed in the leaks is the fact that a group of giants carried Ohara’s books to Elbaf, the island of the Giants.
It’s said that the group was led by a Giant with bandages all over his body.
At the end of the chapter, Luffy meets the real Vegapunk; not one of the Punk models.
The true Vegapunk then acknowledges Luffy as Dragon’s son.

Elbaf Could Be the Straw Hats' Next Stop
Even in the early parts of One Piece, the Giants’ home of Elbaf has already been mentioned multiple times.
Given that it seems some books from Ohara have survived and are now at Elbaf, it’s possible that the Straw Hats’ next destination is the Giants’ home.
This makes sense considering that what happened in the Void Century (an event that Ohara’s scholars have dedicated themselves to) is key to unlocking the mystery of the world, and possibly of the One Piece itself.
Aside from this, the reveal of Vegapunk and Dragon being allies is also a major development as this might mean we’ll finally see the Revolutionary Army collide with the World Government.
Of course, you’ll want to take these One Piece Chapter 1066 leaks with a grain of salt as they’re yet to be confirmed.
