Obi-Wan Kenobi Star Joins Yellowjackets Season 2 as Adult Lottie

Yellowjackets Season 2 has found its adult Lottie Williams. Obi-Wan Kenobi actor Simone Kessell has just been confirmed to join the Showtime series as the grown counterpart of Courtney Eaton's character.

Showtime announced Obi-Wan Kenobi star Simone Kessell has joined the cast of Yellowjackets Season 2 as Adult Lottie Matthews (via Collider). The casting has been one of the most highly anticipated announcements for the show's second season considering that Lottie is an important character in the series. Kessell is known for small roles in Xena: Warrior Princess, Farscape, and Terra Nova. She recently appeared as Breha Organa in the Star Wars series Obi-Wan Kenobi and as Mother Teach in Our Flag Means Death.

The announcement of adult Lottie's casting is a welcome one since fans of the series have been waiting for the update for a long time now. In addition to Kessell's Yellowjackets casting, it was revealed that Courtney Eaton, who played the teen version of Lottie in the series' first season, has been promoted to series regular in Season 2.

But what can we expect for Lottie, both as a teen and adult in Yellowjackets Season 2? The first season finale concluded with everyone suspecting Lottie of having supernatural powers. It was also revealed that Lottie had emptied Travis' bank account. With that in mind, we can't wait to see how everyone will deal with Lottie when the show returns in the future.

Yellowjackets Season 2 will bring back Sophie Nélisse, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Sophie Thatcher, Sammi Hanratty, Melanie Lynskey, Tawny Cypress, Juliette Lewis, Christina Ricci, Ella Purnell, Steven Krueger, and Warren Kole. The second season has not yet been given an official release date. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.

In the meantime, Obi-Wan Kenobi Season 2 has not yet been officially announced.
