Nick Cannon may have eight children, and this may seem a lot for some. But the host makes it a point to spend quality time with each one of them.
This week, Nick Cannon shared adorable videos with his and Mariah Carey’s twins, Moroccan and Monroe, at a water slide.
According to E! News, the doting dad rented out the entire water slide to make his outing with his twins more fun and memorable.
Cannon’s 11-year-old children also took over his social media account after they posted a series of videos and photos from their outing.
Nick Cannon Allegedly Wants To Rekindle His Romance With Mariah Carey
Carey did not join the trio during their trip, but she and Cannon also made headlines recently after one tabloid claimed that the latter wanted to get back together with the singer.
According to Globe, Cannon allegedly revealed that Carey is his “the one that got away” so he’s secretly hoping that they could reunite. Cannon also, allegedly, admitted that he would go back to Carey in a heartbeat.
The only problem is former America’s Got Talent host never said these things. Rather, Cannon recently confirmed that he and his ex-wife are still best friends and nothing more.
It seems that Cannon’s recent statement about his ex-wife was taken out of context by the tabloid. After all, the host admitted that he would never experience the same love as the one that he shared with the singer.
“That’s my fantasy love. That’s somebody I will always love. I will never have the love like I had with Mariah. If I had the opportunity, if it could be the way that it was, I’m there,” he said (via Billboard).

Nick Cannon And Mariah Carey Are Nothing More Than Best Friends
However, the exes are nothing more than good friends or even best friends today.
“We're still close friends, the best of friends, great parents together. I appreciate that time in my life. Obviously, we've all grown and evolved and gone separate ways. But it was still like the biggest fantasy of my life,” Cannon said during a recent interview (via Entertainment Tonight).

A source also told Us Weekly that Cannon and Carey are wonderful co-parents to their twins.
“Mariah and Nick are really great co-parents and have a good relationship [and] friendship now so any time Nick has exciting news to share, she’s just happy for him. They’re in a good place and they’re supportive of each other no matter what,” the source said.
Elsewhere, Cannon also talked about his 11-year-old twins and said that he’s scared to watch Monroe growing up so fast. After all, his twins see the world differently, and they also call out their dad like adults.
“They both have huge personalities,” Cannon shared.
