Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s relationship has been at the center of criticism and scrutiny. Even though the Duke and Duchess of Sussex seem to be madly in love with each other, some royal experts are convinced that their marriage won’t last.
In fact, Queen Elizabeth’s lady-in-waiting, Lady Susan Hussey, reportedly predicted that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s relationship would all end in tears, according to Newsweek.
Prince Harry Made Major Adjustments In His Life To Make Meghan Markle Happy
But despite some people’s refusal to believe that their union is for keeps, Prince Harry previously proved that he would do anything to make Markle happy, even if it means cutting off some of the people that he loves dearly.
In Tom Bower’s book Revenge: Meghan, Harry and the War Between the Windsors, the royal author claimed that Prince Harry distanced himself from his friends to make his wife happy.
And the Duke of Sussex also changed his mobile number without telling the royal family for the sake of his wife.
“To please her, Harry had split from his old friends. He had even changed his telephone number without telling his family,” Bower wrote (via Express).

Prince Harry Had A Falling Out With His Best Friend After He Expressed Concerns Over His Royal Wedding
Prior to Bower’s revelation, there were already claims that Prince Harry cut off some of his closest pals to make Markle happy.
In the book Finding Freedom, authors Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand revealed that Prince Harry and his longtime best friend, Tom Inskip, had a falling out before the Sussexes’ royal wedding.
After all, Inskip expressed his concerns over how quickly Prince Harry wanted to settle down with Markle. And even though he meant well, the Duke of Sussex didn’t see it that way.
“It really hurt him that someone he was so close to would not trust his judgment,” a source told the authors (via Marie Claire).
But Prince Harry and Inskip’s falling out did not also last very long. After all, they reportedly reunited after the death of Inskip’s mother-in-law.
Prince Harry, Meghan Markle Only Invited A-Listers To Their Evening Reception
Other sources also told Scobie and Durand that they were offended to learn that they did not make it to Prince Harry and Markle’s evening reception guest list.
“Many of Harry's old friends said that the evening guest list was the Prince and his bride's way of saying 'these are the people we want in our lives moving forward,’” the source said (via Good To).
