The title of My Hero Academia Chapter 391 is Rejecting the World, and it picks up where the last chapter left off following the showdown between Ochako Uraraka and Himiko Toga.

The chapter begins with Twice’s Doubles yelling "All Heroes Must Die", as they grow their swarm by the second.

Pixie Bob uses her Earthflow Quirk to keep Twice’s Doubles at bay, but she feels like there’s no end to them.

The same happens with the other heroes, who have already been overpowered and consumed by Twice’s Doubles.

Apparently, Himiko Toga was producing doubles of the version of herself that transformed into Twice.

Her own transform quirk had a time restriction based on the amount of blood she consumed, but the heroes and authorities had no basis for calculating how much of Twice’s blood she’d kept.

All of a sudden, a lot of Twice’s doubles swarmed Pixie Bob from behind. They stopped Pixie Bob’s Earthflow Quirk, which spells more trouble for the heroes.

If the Sad Man’s Death Parade breached the dam, the resulting army of Twice’s Doubles would swamp the surrounding area in no time.

Meanwhile, on the outskirts of the disputes, the critically injured Todoroki family, along with Hawks and Iida, detected the expanding presence as well as the increasing number of Twice’s Doubles.

On the other hand, Ochako emerges from the angry swarm of Twice’s Doubles to locate the actual Himiko Toga.

Himiko thinks about Toya, whether he met his end in the war, and if she has lost someone again.

That’s when Ochako uses her wire to attach it to Himiko’s arm. She also uses her Zero Gravity Space Walk technique to swing herself back and forth in order to reach Himiko.

Ochako starts speaking with Himiko, expressing how she had a major change of heart following their encounter last summer.

Himiko wants Ochako to shut up, but Ochako continues to talk about how she saw Himiko crying back then because she couldn’t do everything Twice could and that she couldn’t totally become him.

Moreover, Ochako remembers how Tsuyu made an assumption regarding the genuine form and meaning of Himiko’s love.

She assumed that Himiko’s love doesn’t extend to Shigaraki and those other villains, which is why she can’t use their quirks.

But upon seeing Himiko’s tears, Ochako knew that she was not working off pure love, as there was a huge presence of bloodlust mixed in there.

This infuriated Himiko so much that a bit of her face got revealed to demonstrate to Ochako how triggered she was.

She told Ochako to shut her mouth, as she didn’t know the first thing about her.

It looks like there’s no stopping Himiko from using the swarm of Twice’s Doubles to push the heroes into the corner, no matter how hard Ochako tries to stop her and reach her heart!

But it also seems like we will be seeing yet another flashback from Himiko’s past.

With this, we can infer that the upcoming chapter will allow us to see another aspect of Himiko, specifically her actual feelings and her true definition of love.

Most importantly, Himiko’s narrative will have a big impact on the outcome of the fight as Ochako tries to grasp where she’s coming from.
