Mushoku Tensei Episode 22 Recap

Rudeus, Eris, and Ruijerd reach the ruins of Rudeus' hometown, a fact that awakens a lot of memories for our main character. Since Rudeus and Eris are now strong enough to stand on their own, Ruijerd decides to be on his way, after an emotional goodbye.
Rudeus and Eris move on to Roa, which they also find in ruins. There, Eris reunites with Gishlaine, and her servant, Alphonse. From him, they learn that Eris' parents are dead and that her grandfather was executed. Alphonse informs Eris that a Greyrat family member offered to take her as his concubine and he is considering going through with the offer regardless of Eris' wishes.
Rudeus finds out that his mother and Sylphie weren't found dead, though he still doesn't know where they are. Later, Eris visits him in his tent, and initiates sex. The next morning, however, Rudeus wakes up to find that she's gone away with Gishlaine without telling him anything.
Mushoku Tensei Episode 23 Release Date
The release date for Mushoku Tensei Episode 23 or Mushoku Tensei Season 2 Episode 12 is next Monday the 20th of December in Japan. International fans, including those based in Europe, Canada, and the US, will be able to watch it from Sunday, the 19th of December.
The anime is available to watch online on Funimation and Hulu. Non-subscribed users can still watch Mushoku Tensei on Funimation, but they will have to wait an extra week. No English dub has been announced yet, but we expect it to start airing soon.
