Will Mushoku Tensei Part 2 be dubbed in English? Fans of the isekai are excited to finally be able to enjoy new episodes after a two-season-long break. But while the first part is already dubbed in Funimation and Hulu, the English dub release date for the second part remains unknown. Here’s all we now about it so far:

In the improbable case that you haven’t caught up yet, or wondering if you should, Mushoku Tensei Part 2 deals with the aftermath of the mana surge that devastated Rudeus’ country. His old friend Roxy is looking for him, while his father, Paul, is separated from his family as well. Rudeus himself has become an adventurer, along with his cousin Eris and new companion Ruijerd, and together they try to find a way to return home.

Mushoku Tensei Part 2 English Dub: Will There Be One and When Will It Release?

There’s no definitive English Dub date for Mushoku Tensei Part 2 at the time of writing. However, we don’t only have bad news for you. In fact, we have several indicators about the dub release date for the anime.

First of all, it should be noted that Part 1 of Mushoku Tensei or Jobless Reincarnation is already dubbed. Of course, having been released at the high of the ongoing pandemic it took a while to get there. Presumably due to its immense popularity, the anime still received a dub while still ongoing. The first dubbed episode aired while Mushoku Tensei part 1 was still ongoing, but more than halfway through. A similar timeline seems plausible here.

Even if the English dub does not air before the end of Mushoku Tensei part 2, though, we trust that it will, eventually come out. Most popular Funimation shows release English dubs at some point, so the anime seems to be in a good place.

Mushoku Tensei Part 2 English Dub: Cast and Everything You Need to Know

In Mushoku Tensei Part 1, the main character, Rudeus Greyrat was voiced by Madeleine Morris, an experienced voice actor best known for roles such as Miko Iino in Kaguya-Sama: Love Is War and Eru Chitanda in Hyoka. Recently, she was also the voice of Kabane in Kemono Jihen. While an older, male actor might be chosen if a Season 2 follows an adult Rudeus, we expect that Morris would reprise the role for Part 2 – perhaps even further; with anime, you never know.

Other voice actors included Lindsay Seidel (My Hero Academia, Ace Attorney) as Eris, Ben Philips as Rudeus’ former self, Christopher Wehkamp as Ruijerd, and others. Unless some actors chose to work with other projects or were otherwise unavailable, they are likely to all take up the roles again if part 2 is dubbed.
