Demon Slayer is easily one of the biggest shows of the season. And to further hype up the show, a new preview for Swordsmith Village Arc Episode 2 was released, sharing more info on what to expect.
As the first episode ended with Tanjiro seeing a mysterious new character, the new preview showed an image that gives viewers more info on who it is.
Plus, it confirms that the next episode will feature the Mist Hashira, Muichiro Tokito.
Demon Slayer: Mist Hashira and Love Hashira Will Play Big Roles
Aside from the main cast of Tanjiro, Nezuko, Zenitsu, and Inosuke, the Hashira are among the most popular characters in the series, and for good reason.
Along with their distinct looks, the Hashira are the series’ most powerful demon slayers.
In the first season, it was Giyu Tomioka, the Water Hashira, and Shinobu Kocho, the Insect Hashira, who played big roles.
The following story arcs also put the spotlight on more Hashira. In Mugen Train, it was Kyojuro Rengoku that took the spotlight.
Meanwhile, Tengen Uzui played a key role in the following Entertainment District Arc.
For this new arc, the trailers and key visuals confirmed that Mitsuri Kanroji and Muichiro Tokito will play key roles.
In the first episode, Mitsuri made quite an impression, though mostly for fanservice reasons.
Meanwhile, Episode 2 will finally put the spotlight on the Mist Hashira.

Demon Slayer Season 3 Episode 2 Reveals Preview
On the show’s official website, an official story description for the episode was released, and it reads:
After learning that he made Haganezuka angry for chipping his sword, Tanjiro and Nezuko head to the village where the swordsmiths live.
At the Swordsmith Village, one of the securely hidden and most important bases for the members of the Demon Slayer Corps, he reunites with Genya Shinazugawa, who joined the Demon Slayer Corps the same time as Tanjiro, and the Love Hashira, Mitsuri Kanroji.
After hearing about a secret weapon from Mitsuri, Tanjiro heads into the mountain in search of it, where he finds Mist Hashira, Muichiro Tokito, and a boy from the village arguing...
The preview also came with a new image that shows the mysterious character that Tanjiro saw, which seems to be a puppet. It will be interesting for anime-only fans to discover what exactly this is.
We won’t have to wait long to find out though as Demon Slayer: Swordsmith Village Arc Episode 2 will be released this weekend.
