Ms. Marvel Episode 4 ended up with a cliffhanger that surprised everyone seeing Kamala traveling back in time, well, sort of, in 1947 during the Partition when the last train was about to leave Karachi. What will she discover in the past and how will she get back to the present? Will she be meeting Aisha?
Ms. Marvel: How Will Kamala Get Back To The Present?
In the end of Ms. Marvel Episode 4, just as Najma is about to stab Kamala, Kamala defends herself by raising her bangle and as soon as the blade meets the bangle, Kamala goes flying into a void where she ends up at a train station.
Kamala is stunned to end up in front of a train and everyone is rushing to get a ride. Everyone around her is saying their goodbyes or worried that they would not have space on the train. Kamala climbs at the top of the train and it is clear to her where she is, when she is: it is the train in Karachi at the time of the Partition, the last one to leave, in 1947.
Now, this is a new sort of time travel. It’s not the usual one that would need a machine or anything like in Endgame or a time stone to turn back time, it is a vision of Kamala bleeding into the present in Ms. Marvel Episode 4.

As the inscription in the bangle says “What you seek is seeking you,” everytime a trigger comes up, Kamala gets a vision and this time is going to be a whole different one as she finally “gets into” one of those visions. It takes her to the last time her great-grandmother, Aisha, was ever seen or heard of.
The disappearance of Aisha remains a mystery for almost everyone and people started to make it make sense by circulating rumors that she killed a man, or had a different family to support but if this vision of Kamala takes her to Aisha, she may finally understand why Aisha was never seen or heard of again.
Aisha may be Kamala’s way of going back to the present and if it happens to be that way, she’ll be back wiser. If she’s lucky, if Aisha could come along with her, it would be better. All in all, it goes down to the bangle, the key to everything.
