The origins of the bangle that activated the powers of Kamala Khan is finally unveiled in Ms. Marvel Episode 3 and no, it is not owned by Aisha from the start, they only found it in the rubbles of a temple from a severed blue hand. Does this mean it is a nega-band and it came from a member of the Kree Empire?

In Ms. Marvel Episode 3, Destined, Najma tells Kamala about Aisha and how they belong from a different dimension called the Noor, which means light. All those from the Noor Dimension have the power of light but for them, they cannot use it in the dimension where Kamala and they are currently in.

They found the bangle on a severed blue arm in the rubbles of a temple and it was Aisha who confirmed that the bangle is what they needed to get home to their dimension but they needed two and only one was there. However, they were being cornered by the British so they had to flee and Aisha got separated from the others. That was the last time she was ever seen.

Unknown to Najma at that time, Aisha felt the same surge of energy that Kamala had when she wore the bangle. Najma tells Kamala that she needs the bangle but Kamala was uncertain whether to give it up so she said she needed time. However, later in the episode, it was revealed that Najma wasn’t asking at all and they forcibly tried to take it from Kamala but failed.

Again, the theory goes that the bangle may actually be a quantum band or a nega band. Either way, both are from the Kree Empire. The quantum band’s powers depend on the wielder which comes from the energy from the Quantum Zone like Kamala’s abilities or making hard light while the nega band mimics that of a quantum band.

It may already be a giveaway but the severed hand may actually belong to a member of the Kree Empire who is known to be blue-skinned creatures like Ronan the Accuser in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 1.

Ms. Marvel: How Is The Series Connected to Captain Marvel?

It’s simple, Captain Marvel got her powers from Dr. Lawson, a Kree hero who worked on Earth and it is the explosion of a Kree device that gave Carol Danvers the powers that she has today. At first, she lost her memory but it was also the Kree who used her and inducted her to be in the Starforce battling the Skrulls.

This Kree connection may be the bridge as to how Ms. Marvel would fit in the second installment of Captain Marvel, The Marvels where Kamala Khan would be in the same movie as her idol, Carol Danvers, and Monica Rambeau who recently got her powers in WandaVision and would possibly go by the name Photon.

Ms. Marvel is currently streaming on Disney Plus.
