More and more Inhumans are getting introduced in the MCU like Black Bolt making an appearance in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Now, in Ms. Marvel, the titular hero herself belongs to the same race in the comics and another character, Kamran, as well. Are they finally coming to the franchise?
Ms. Marvel Episode 2: Are The Inhumans Coming To The MCU?
Ms. Marvel Episode 2 marks the debut of another inhuman from the comics, Kamran, who is the new kid in school, and Kamala already has a crush on him as seen in her actions. While Kamala’s attraction to Kamran results in Bruno being jealous, Kamran’s arrival is really suspicious.
Kamran arrived the moment Kamala’s powers got activated. Despite the queen bee of the school, Zoe, being interested in him, he immediately proceeds to Kamala at the party and while the shit may just be a coincidence, it is as if he intended to be close to Kamala in the first place, even to the point of having the same interests when it comes to music and Bollywood movies.
Later in Ms. Marvel Episode 2, Kamran surprises Kamala for being there when she needed help in escaping the Department of Damage Control. That scene, alone, spells something wrong: Kamran knows where Kamala is and who she is even when she tries to hide her identity as a superhero.
The mysterious woman in the visions of Kamala turned out to be Kamran’s mother and she may be well connected to the bangle of Kamala because she can appear in her visions and she knows exactly where Kamala is.

In the comics, Kamran is an Inhuman like Kamala Khan and he got exposed to the Terrigen Mist as well. Kamran has the ability to emit a bioluminescent glow from his body and he has biokinetic energy wherein he can cause objects to explode on its own. However, he’s no ally because he works for the crime boss Gordon Nobili.
Does this mean that the Inhumans are coming to the MCU? Will they finally introduce the race, especially with Black Bolt being introduced as the king of the Inhumans in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness?
Well, it is worth noting that Bruno discovered that Kamala’s powers are coming from within her and it is as if the bangle just activated her powers. It would be closer to the comic book material if and when Kamala turns out to be an inhuman in the series even when she got a different power in the show.
