They say you’re never truly an MCU fan if you don’t stay until the very last minute. It has been the trademark of the franchise and it continues with their series on Disney Plus. The latest is Ms. Marvel Episode 1 where the post-credits scene of the show marks the return of a familiar face: Agent Cleary.

Ms. Marvel Episode 1: Is There A Post-Credits Scene? Return Of Agent Cleary Explained
The classic touch of Marvel putting mid-credits and post-credits scenes is one of the most creative ways Marvel has introduced back to the industry. Sure, Marvel didn't exactly invent it as it has been decades since it was used but Marvel really popularized the use of mid-credits and the post-credits scenes in today's movies and series.
For Ms. Marvel Episode 1, there is definitely a post-credits scene and there is a familiar face in the MCU marking his comeback: Agent Cleary, played by Arian Moayed, from the Department of Damage Control, the same one that apprehended Peter Parker in Spider-Man: No Way Home after his identity was revealed by Mysterio.
In the post-credits scene, a familiar character arrives: Agent Cleary. The Department of Damage Control gets a video of Kamala with her powers and while Agent Cleary dismisses it at first, calling her a teenager with a lot of time in her hands, upon seeing the video, he thought it best to bring her in since her powers are unusual.

The return of Agent Cleary and the Department of Damage Control speaks a lot of sense considering that they are monitoring powered individuals and it seems that Kamala Khan and her powers are to look out for, putting the titular character in danger of being apprehended like Peter Parker.
The Department of Damage Control is seen in various trailers and their appearance in the post-credits scene of Ms. Marvel Episode 1 is just the start of Kamala Khan’s troubles with them. Are they the good guys or not?
