Usually, the MCU uses the post-credits scenes to tease more of what comes next in the franchise but for Moon Knight Episode 4, they really made use of every second they have for the show to include a card on mental health awareness. The card says, "For information on mental health resources near you, please visit the National Alliance on Mental Illness at NAMI.org."

When Moon Knight was announced to be a series in the MCU, a lot of fans were worried on how the show would treat the mental health issues of the titular character but so far, the series has dealt with the issue seriously and the treatment they did on the show on Marc and Steven paid off with the positive response of the viewers.

In end of Episode 4, The Tomb, Marc Spector ended up in a psychiatric facility where he finally met his other persona in the flesh. While it confused many viewers, the series delivered with grace how to deal with the issues of Marc within himself. The episode even hinted that there is another personality other than Marc Spector and Steven Grant, possibly Jake Lockley.
