Marvel Star Emily VanCamp, known as Sharon Carter in the MCU, gets into becoming a real-life superheroine as she gives birth to her first child, welcoming her daughter with Josh Bowman after keeping her pregnancy a secret to all. In a heartfelt announcement on Instagram, the actress shared the wonderful news of the arrival of their sweet baby Iris.

Last seen in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier where her character has been given a huge twist of being the Power Broker all along, the Captain America: The Winter Soldier star broke the news and shared to the world the arrival of her first child with her former co-star from Revenge, Josh Bowman, a baby girl they named Iris, following the secrecy of her pregnancy.

Emily VanCamp proudly announced on Instagram, "Welcome to the world our sweet little Iris. Our hearts are full." She shared the news with a series of photos taken in black and white with the first being her daughter's small hands holding hers, the second is a sweet photo of her and Bowman sharing a kiss, and the last being her photo with her baby bump.

Emily VanCamp and Josh Bowman first met on the set of the ABC series Revenge in 2011 and they have been together since they tied the knot in 2018 and since then, they chose to live a quiet and idyllic relationship away from the public eye.

The character of Emily VanCamp, Sharon Carter, is expected to make a return for Captain America 4 starring Anthony Mackie as the new guys to don the shield of Steve Rogers, and many are looking forward to her role being the Power Broker, supplying the criminal underworld with weapons starting with the control of the distribution of the remains of the super-soldier serum.
