Marvel's Nova Project Receives Promising Update


Several months ago, we learned that Marvel Studios is developing a Nova project for Disney+ although it is unknown whether it is going to be a TV series or a special presentation similar to what they did with Werewolf by Night. There are also no plot details regarding the character that it will focus on.

Lately, we've been hearing some rumors that Marvel Studios might turn the Nova project into a feature film instead in the midst of the reports that the studio is currently reevaluating the future of the franchise after hearing the feedback that they received on Phase Four projects.

Now, a new scoop from Lizzie Hill of The Cosmic Circus gave an alleged new update on the Nova project where she claimed that Marvel Studios is still keen on making it for Disney+ although she doesn't have the final word on whether it is going to be a series or a special presentation.

So far, Marvel Studios has not made any official comments about the current status of the Nova project so we have to take it all with a grain of salt for now. They've also been keeping mum about the development even though it's been reported by the trades.

Whether the project is going to be for Disney+ or not, it is exciting nonetheless that it is still happening and Marvel Studios is keen on making it although it is hard to tell when they might move forward with it since they are currently reshaping the future of the franchise and have slowed down on developing their many projects.

All we know for now is that the project is still ways off from being actually made and we need to wait a little longer for more confirmations or updates regarding its development. We should be hearing more about it in the coming months or years.
