Spoiler Warning: This article contains spoilers from The Kingdoms of Ruin manga and anime!

  1. General Yamato

General Yamato was the Head of the National Security Bureau who blamed Adonis for what happened to his younger sister, Yuki. His strength was seen in a fight against Adonis.

With his weapon, technological armor, and technique, he was able to kill multiple witches at once and almost beat Adonis. However, Doroka uses her Love Magic to paralyze him, and Adonis then kills him.

  2. Director Shirousagi

Shirousagi, also known as the “White Rabbit”, is Dorothea’s right-hand man. Shirousagi is a cyborg, so even if he doesn’t have magic, he’s a powerful character because his physical abilities have been enhanced.

He uses a weapon called the “Humming Bird”, which is a set of levitating hands that he can manipulate at will.

  3. Chloe

Chloe may not have lasted long in The Kingdoms of Ruin, but that doesn’t mean she wasn’t a powerful character.

In fact, Chloe is considered one of the most powerful witches, which is why Emperor Goethe wanted her captured and killed.

Chloe has the Ice Magic, and with her ice powers, she was able to beat a group of soldiers who attacked her and Adonis.

Unfortunately, because of the magic suppression device, Emperor Goethe was able to kill her. If the device hadn’t been activated, Chloe would have been able to defend herself and Adonis.

Chloe is also resourceful, and she is the only one who knows how to make a special quill that would allow humans to use magic. This is why the witches wanted to resurrect Chloe.

  4. Ophelia Clementine

Madam Ophelia is the Witch of Revelation and the ruler of the Kingdom of Witches. With her Physics Magic, she was able to crush a very large number of soldiers, which then resulted in a shower of blood.

During the battle at Lunamilia, Ophelia was able to easily kill off soldiers, but unfortunately for her and the witches, they were outnumbered, which led to their deaths.

  5. Adonis

Adonis uses the Written-Style Summoning Magic, which is the only way for humans to use magic. This magic grants one the ability to manifest their will and thoughts as a physical presence.

It’s versatile magic and has a wide variety of abilities, and if one can master it, then they can materialize anything with their thoughts.

Adonis can enlarge objects and use his magic to summon a giant robot, two giant Gatling guns, and a gigantic sword.

Adonis was able to stop bullets from coming to him and turn them around, using those bullets to fire back at the Redian soldiers who attacked him.

It’s clear that the potential of this kind of magic is limitless, which makes Adonis a really powerful character. But there are also some disadvantages.

Without the quill, Adonis can’t use magic. Adonis can also be controlled by the Love Magic.

  6. Dorothea and Doroka

Dorothea (Queen Andromeda) and Doroka both have the Love Magic, so it’s fair to join them together on this list. Doroka rarely uses her powers, but we’ve seen how powerful this magic is through Dorothea.

With the Love Magic, Dorothea and Doroka can manipulate men by making them fall in love with them.

This power can also bind a person’s movement. Doroka was able to paralyze Yamato using her powers. Dorothea, on the other hand, was able to take over an empire.

This ability, however, only works on men. Even so, it’s clearly very powerful magic, which makes Dorothea and Doroka the most powerful characters in the series so far.
