Who Is Queen Andromeda in The Kingdoms of Ruin?
Queen Andromeda is a witch named Dorothea who was born in the Andromeda galaxy.
She’s a witch who runs through the Ensemble Verse (The Kingdoms of Ruin’s universe) and is also called “The Witch of the Unknown”.
Like Doroka, she possesses the Love Magic, a power that can bind men to her will.
It turns out that Emperor Goethe was just a puppet. Dorothea has been using her powers on the late emperor.
Before his death, Emperor Goethe claims that he made the Redia Empire the strongest country there ever was and that he wiped out the witches all for Queen Andromeda. He did everything just like she told him to.
Dorothea thanks the emperor for his hard work in the witch hunts and tells him to die. So, Emperor Goethe kills himself. Andromeda then became the ruler of the Redia Empire.

What Is Queen Andromeda/Dorothea’s Goal in The Kingdoms of Ruin?
Since the Love Magic only controls men, not women, Dorothea considers her own kind a threat to her. This explains why she manipulated the emperor into conducting the witch hunts and killing all the witches.
However, Dorothea emphasizes that she does not want the world she’s currently in.
What she wants is to resurrect her lover, Alfredo, and to do so, she needs Adonis as he is the incarnation of Alfredo.
So, she asks one of her allies, Shirousagi, also known as the “White Rabbit”, to track down Adonis and bring his head to her.
As The Kingdoms of Ruin manga is currently ongoing, there are still many unanswered questions regarding Dorothea and her plans.
However, one thing we’re sure of is that she is the main antagonist in The Kingdoms of Ruin.
