According to Woman’s Day, things in the couple’s household have been bad since the release of Spare. As such, Prince William and Middleton decided that they needed to get away from it all. However, the fact that the couple did not bring Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis with them proves that they are still struggling to cope with the controversy.
“You know things are bad when they leave the kids at home. They adore those three children,” a source said.

Prince William And Kate Middleton Plan To Leave Their Kids With The Middletons On Their Next Vacation?
According to the source, Prince William and Middleton decided to go to the Caribbean because they love the island and have been going there since 2008.
“Kate and William have been going there since 2008. They know they’ll be well looked after in total privacy and there will be no doubt a ban on the words Harry and Meghan. They need to reconnect and get some sun after a dreary winter in more ways than one. They’re hoping to get away during the February school holidays and leave George, Charlotte, and Louis with grandpa and grandma Middleton and their lovely nanny, Maria. Just what the doctor ordered,” the source said.
The last time that Prince William and Middleton were in the Caribbean was last year. They visited the island as part of their official royal tour. In recent weeks, the couple has not set foot in the Caribbean because their schedules have been packed with their back-to-back royal engagements.

Meanwhile, the Prince and Princess of Wales found themselves being dragged into Prince Harry’s memoir because some of the latter’s most shocking stories were about the couple.
For instance, Prince Harry detailed an incident where Markle joked about Middleton having a baby brain while she was pregnant with Prince Louis. When the Princess of Wales heard the remark, she reportedly grasped the chair very tightly to the point that her fingers turned white.
Prince Harry also claimed to have spoken to Prince William about his children’s future roles. Since Prince George is second in line to the throne, the Duke of Sussex told his brother that this meant one of his kids would become the next spare.
Upon hearing his concerns, Prince William reportedly reminded Prince Harry that his children are not his responsibility.
Now, royal author Katie Nicholl said Prince William and Middleton are making sure that Princess Charlotte wouldn’t follow in Prince Harry’s footsteps in becoming the next spare.
“George, Charlotte, and Louis are enjoying a childhood Harry and William didn't get to enjoy. I think that is why William and Kate are channeling everything they can into raising their children with an understanding of who they are as royals but as ordinary children too. No one wants the next generation to suffer as Harry has suffered... it's not a pretty picture,” she said (via Sky News).
