As an active K-pop idol, daily dance rehearsals are a part of Yeji’s day-to-day living. Kpop Starz noted that she and her co-members usually practice for two hours or more every day.

The publication also pointed out that the choreographies of ITZY are “difficult and intense,” making it more challenging for the members during rehearsals. Accordingly, the dance practices allow them to burn more calories, which is said to be likely at least 800 to 1,000 per session.

Stretching and warm-up practices are also reportedly part of the rehearsals. It is claimed that the group leader and her co-members do them before and after each session.

Koreaboo previously reported that the K-pop idol prefers water or watermelon for her breakfast, meat with her choice of sauce for lunch, and “crisp” salads with white meat for dinner.
